Cheese Burger with Fries

Being given a bonus already was quite a risky move by Ron on his record. Sure it was expected to go well, expecially for a starting band, but getting an advanced not only meant he was convinced it would sell well and he would owe them nothing later but the producers were as well since they agreed to it. Ron had good reason to ask for the extra money with the hospital bills and all. His insurance covered a large portion of it but not all of it for him and there were still a few things to pay off.

With about 20 dollars left he did the first thing he could think of doing. Calling up his friend Sadie and telling her to bring a CD player with her. He had with him a copy of his CD for her to listen to. He told just about none of his friends about all of this, few knew he knew how to play drums and knew the first thing about music to begin with. Now he was finding all his friends after a week of being out of the hospital and talking to just about nobody. He had a goal, to finish up his album, and that was exacly what he did there.

At this burger joint here he ordered a milkshake with a burger and fries, which spent the last of his money at a nice eating place like this. The rest would go as tip or something like that anyway. Sitting there with the milkshake he waited impatiently for his friend and/or food to arrive any time soon.

Sadie walked into the burger joint because Ron had told her to meet him here. She was wearing a purple maturinty dress as she was now a little over five months pregnant, purple flats and a gray white and black coach purse. In her purse was the CD player Ron had told her to bring along. She ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake at the counter and went to find Ron. Once she found him ,she sat across from him.

She was always one of the friends that was there to support him through all of this and the past few months he was getting in and out of the hospital with. He had his fair share of strange rides, like the shock therapy to get rid of the seizures and perhaps help his schizo condition as well. After the 2 week shock therapy he showed strong results and Ron was almost back to his old self again, almost. Since being on the medication he's on he's always been a lot more laid back, expecially while not playing any sports or all that active at the time. Sometimes he can go into long periods of making rarly any movement or thoughts. Past that though it was back to the same old Ron.

As she pulled out the CD player he put on a big warm smile. "I'm out now, you glad to finally see me here instead of at that damn hospital? I got a surpize." He then pulled out his CD to showed it to her. Llama sex by Cocaine Monkey. "The reason I've been avoiding like everyone the past few months even when I was out of the hospital, I was finishing my first studio album. I got you a copy of it to."

Sadie smiled. "Awww Ron, Im so proud of you, Im happy that youve gotten your life back together' The last couple of months had been really hard for Sadie between being pregnant, packing and finding a house and Ron being in the hospital.

She passed the CD player to him. Sadie had been told about the new album by Ron and she was really excited to hear it. Today Sadie wanted to offically ask Ron to be her childs godfather since he didnt really get it while he was in the hospital and she wanted to tell him the childs sex

He went to play the cd for her by putting the cd in and pressing play while handing her the headphones to listen to it. The fact that he could actually do that with a CD player, such a simple task, he felt he was invincible since he was just starting to get this whole technology thing now. The computer system still confused the hell out of him though. As he then did that he asked a few questions about her. He knew a few things but most details of the outside life were totally kept away from him the past few months for obvious reasons.

"The baby is comming along." Sure that was a little awkward of a thing to say but he had to itnroduce the topic somehow. "What kinda details do you know about it so far?"

Sadie smiled. "Ron this CD is fantastic im so proud of you." Her cheeseburger and fries finally came and she took a bite of her cheeseburger. Being pregnant sure made you hungry. "Well I know that its going to be a girl. I also wanetd to ask you to be the godfather" Sadie said with a smile. Ron was the only person she would want to be her childs godfather

Ron had to stop and think at that for a second like it was a big decision, in the end though he came out with an unexpected question. "Is that like the Italian maphia kinda I own the towns and everyone owes me money kinda Godfather for some crazy gang?" That was virtually the question he asked before when highly drugged up, he didn't remember just about a single thing around then though, expecially that first wakeup. "Cause I don't wanna be a mean guy to people. I have no quarrel with anybody."

Sadie laughed softly. 'No Ron not like that, I want you to be my daughters godfather. Its a big honor and you are the only man whoI would want for this positon." She had talked to Hunter about this and they had both agreed. It was still undecided who would be the godmother but Sadie had a couple of people in mind. She ate a couple of fires then took a sip of her milkshake before looking back up at Ron

That didn't explain a single thing what that meant but it sounded good and harmless in the end and since she was excited about this baby she was about to have then so was he as well. As she looked up at him he smiled a welcomed smile to her waiting for a responce. "Of course I'd be honored to do that though." He barley knew anything about Hunter but knew him enough to trust the guy with Sadie. "I'm ready if you are." He had no idea if this involved some sort of new resonsible responsiblity from him or a monthly payment to some weird people but whatever it was it seemed exciting.
