Kenya sat at a table in La Resistance. She was drinking Disaronno on the rocks and listening to a kid called Macaulay Johnston play guitar and sing his own song "Into The Night". The song was good. Kenya was wearing a black dress that went to her knees and didn't have any arms or strings on it. Her hair was up in a scrunchy and was wavy.
She was waiting for her friend Jackson. They were going to hang out that night, but she didn't think he would show up. She had texted him the morning before and told him to meet her here but she had been sitting here for about an hour.
