NEW YEARS EVE CONCERT

[Faerydae Richmond]

It was silent again and Dae was staring at him, just thinking. She noticed how his blonde hair sparkled in the moon light and how his green eyes were sprinkled with the reflection of the moon. Once he started the car she simply sat back to her normal position and waited for him to say something. Being quiet was kind of annoying sometimes actually because the reason she was so quiet was because she didn't know what to say half of the time, especially with someone she just met. This made it seem like she didn't want to talk and sometimes scared the other from talking to her. He seemed outgoing enough to challenge that though so she wanted so see if her would or not.

[Steven Nite]

Steve pulled off into another neighborhood, speeding up and going back to his normal driving. He smiled and took a shot from the bottle, then he came to realize he didnt know this girls name. He laughed for a moment then looked at her "Hello beautiful" He said as though he had just walked up to her "I am Steve"

"Haha, you just remembered that you didn't know my name didn't you? My name is Faerydae." She laughed at him for a minute and then sniffled, her nose still yet from when she had gotten teary earlier. She couldn't help herself from looking at him, the whole time her was driving her eyes were laid on him.

[Steven Nite]

He nodded "Yep. I am bad for that" He said before dropping gears and drifting around another turn. Going around the turn he ended up in another lane with a car comming at him "FUCK!" He shouted and shifted to 4th, pulling out of the drift and into his own lane in perfect time not to be hit. He didnt even look phased by this even though on the inside he was sweting bullets. He would never show much fear or nervousness on the front.

He thought for a moment about the name "Thats a beautiful name...However complicated to say. I will just call you Dae Dae if you dont mind" He said and smiled.

"Thanks...yea, thats fine. I don't care." She was used to nicknames by now, people never fully understood how to pronounce her name. She was surprised that he had called her name beautiful, her mom mostly said that her name meant she was crap. She obviously knew this wasn't true, it was just her mom in her drunk state. Dae noticed how the only emotion that Steve really showed was anger. Well not really anger but like wearing a lot. She wondered how he could sit here and be so relaxed knowing that somewhere the cops where looking for him. It didn't bother her a lot but she was just the passenger and she was pretty sure that if they did get caught he would like defend her or do some guy thing like that.

[Steven Nite]

steve smiled to her and little "Well DaeDae. It is a pleasure to meet you." he said. Then he came up to another main road. Pulling out he was soon stopped by a red light. A neon pulled up beside him, steve looked at the guy and nodded a hello. However the other driver wasnt so nice, he revved his engine wanting to race.

Steve rolled his eyes, revving back. He took a shot from the bottle and looked to Dae "Stupid tuner kids think they can handle the real deal" He said and laughed a little. He didnt know if she would understand what he met, but she soon would.

She smiled back at him as she watched him nod his head at another driver, the driver revved his engine and she knew from having an older brother that that meant he wanted a race. "Think highly of our car do we?" She laughed at her own comment and waited for him to start. This would probably attract the cops to them even further but she had a feeling that Steve wouldn't care much.

[Steven Nite]

Steve laughed "11.5 seconds down a quarter kind of give you a big head somtimes." He said as the light turned green. Because he was mid sentence he missed the start and the neon took off. Steve smirked and took off a second later then the neon and they were both flying down the road a cars length apart. As they came up on the next set of lights which was the general end of the race so he dropped gears and put the pedal to the floor, pushing the car forward into the higher rpms, quickly he flew past the neon waveing as he passed him.

Looking in his rear veiw he began to slow down, smileing to Dae "see?" He said as he came to the next stop light, which was red. He stopped, when the neon pulled up to him he looked over, the driver wouldnt even look his direction so Steve stuck his tongue out at him.

Dae smiled at him and sat back as the car slid into drive and started moving faster than normal speed. She looked straight ahead as the car was moving but when it stopped she turned her head to look at Steve again. "So are we still going anywhere or are we just driving around now?" she asked curiously. She didn't know what time it was but she knew it would be getting late soon.

[Steven Nite]

Steve thought for a moment that was a very good question. He really didnt have a direction when he got into the car in the first place...He thought for another moment before opening his mouth in obvious confusion "Ya know, thats a good question..." He said and laughed, pushing a button on his cd deck switching the display from the track number to the time. It was just before barclose.

"Oops, maybe that attracked a bit of attention, should probually head back home before I get in to much trouble...You comming to my place or do you wanna be dropped off at yours?" He asked tilting his head.

She was dreading this moment all night, she didn't want to go home but if her brother found out he would be pissed, she could just tell him that she had spent the night at a friends from there old town, one of her old friends lived around here so that would work pretty well. "Are you sure it won't be a hassle for me to stay the night?" It wouldn't matter to her because she had all her school stuff with her and her homework had been done before she showed up at the bar.

[Steven Nite]

"If it would be a hassle I wouldnt have offered." He said as he shifted into 1st gear and began to drive forward. He made a very illegal turn, going left however past the turn lane. It wasnt his fault, he just didnt know he was turning yet. Besides, there wasnt any cops around. He yawned a bit, always a good sign when your drinking, then picked up the bottle taking the last shot. He put the now empty bottle in the back seat of the celica and then began to drive a bit faster, as though he was racing again.

"Okay then, to your house it is! She wanted to make this night seem more fun then it had, not that it hadn't been fun it just needed more fun! She laughed as he drove faster, maybe it would be fun.

[Steven Nite]

This was Steves problem when he was drunk. He would get bored, getting bored ended in breaking the law. Breaking the law always seemed fun to him. He pulled into the far lane of oncomming traffic and rested his hand on the E brake. Looking in his rearveiw mirror he pulled up the E brake and shifted out of 5th gear. The car spun into the middle lane, where he was suppose to be, however it was backwards. Steve shifted to reverse and drove like that for a while. SMileing as he did.

Dae laughed at what he was doing. "You do realize this is totally bogus right?" She could tell that he was bored because of what he had just done. It was an odd way to become unbored but she liked his style and relaxed her head on the head rest. She had to start hanging out with him a lot more often she thought to herself, or else she would never have anymore fun.
