Dae laughed at the fact that he didn't wait for her answer. "Yea sure, I'll just have a beer, I don't care what kind." She sat back down at her original table to take a break from dancing while she waited for him to return from getting the drinks. She was actually enjoying herself a lot more than she had expected to. It wasn't the best day that she'd had in while and that was why she had come here. It was nice to have someone notice her.

He nodded and walked up to the bar. This time ordering himself a patron, straight and a budweiser. Then he turned and made his way back to the girls table. Smileing as he took a seat, slideing her the drink. "err...I gotta get up for one more tune. Dont leave just yet." He said and smiled a little "Your cool, I dont wanna be stuck here with all these losers by myself" He said and got up walking to the stage, grabbing his guitar.


"This song goes out to somone special" He said with a smirk "She knows who she is" He said and winked to Dae. then began to play the powerchord riff.

Dae couldn't help but just smile as she watched this whole thing happening and when he winked at her she noticed a couple of the girls from the other side of the room stare at her in disgust and disbelief. They were probably really jealous, most girls got jealous when they saw a cute boy talking to a girl that they thought was completely gross looking. Whatever though she thought to herself because she was the one that he was talking to and it didn't matter what other girls said. She was happy being the center of attention for this guy right now.

"and thats all for tonight kids, come back new years eve." He said putting down his guitar, picking up his drink and making his way off stage. Smileing and shakeing hands on his way back to the table were he was sitting before. He took his seat again as the dj began to play more music, this time it was the sounds of Nirvanas "come as you are" to a house beat.

"Surprise" steve said and laughed as he took another sip of his drink.

Dae knew that he liked her because she could tell when he looked at her but when he did that she honestly did not know what to say. "Haha, yea big surprise. But in a good way I mean" She relaxed in her chair as she leaned back a little and stared at his eyes. They were the perfect blue and green color. In a way she liked guys to have blue eyes over brown ones. It made them more unique, especially since like every guy she knew had brown eyes.

"I figured in a good way, your still sitting here infront of me eh?" He said and took another sip of his drink. He took another look around the club and shook his head "How long you been around town?" He asked curiously. Being as he was completly new he had no idea were anything was. He could get home, get to school and to the club were he figured most of his gigs might be, however that was the essence of the blonde comming out.

"Yep, I am. I moved here after the last school year got over so, like, for the summer basically. You?"She thought about how she didn't have any friends at all over the summer and she hadn't thought about coming someplace like this until her mom told her about it. Some of her friends in her old town said that her mom was a terrible influence and that she should go to live with them, her mom had actually given her the choice to but surprisingly enough she liked her mom. Even if her mom was a bit messed up.

Steve chuckled lightly "I moved here about, three days ago." He said and nodded. "I am completly lost here. Should show me around the town somtime, if you dont mind." He said as his glass met his lips again. This time it was empty. He spend a good minute looking at before before saying "Yea I think im done for now, didnt even notice I emptied my glass" He said and laughed. He always drank much heavier when he was on stage, it took the edge off the show.

Haha, sure I wouldn't mind showing you around. I've done my fair share of exploring over the summer. It's probably good that you know when to stop drinking at least. So do you go to the local high school?" Dae curiously asked, she wanted to know some more about him. She realized that she hadn't really drank any of her beer and drank a long sip.

He smiled and nodded "Yea, you wont see me a pukeing mess. Thats no fun" He said with a pout. As she asked about the high school he laughed "Yea, until they kick me out" He said remembering his antic in the cafeteria, skateing in and not careing that he was being chased by the hall monitors. He really didnt care for authority figures "Im surprised you havnt heard of my stunts yet....It shouldnt be long" He said and laughed again

"Haha, okay. Why kind of stunts? I don't think that we have the same lunch period but then again I don't pay attention very much." She grimaced when she thought of him puking, it absolutely disgusted her to watch other people puke. There was just something about it, the only time she ever puked was if she didn't feel good and sometimes she would purposely make herself puke in order to feel better. There had only been a couple of times that she remembered puking unwillingly.

"Well just the other day I skated through the school with half the hall aids after me, but who can keep up with a skate board on foot?" He said and laughed "then I found myself in the middle of a fight" He said and laughed a bit more. It wouldnt be long before he was expelled from this school too, he beleived. Steve didnt mean to be a bad kid, he just loved to have fun.

"Haha sounds fun to me. My opinion doesn't usually count for much though" She was telling the truth here, her opinion didn't countor much, when she moved here her mother gave her no choice she had to drag her down the hallway of there old house just to get her in the car, and half way there she shoved her mom off of her. Her brother has to spend almost an hour talking her into it before she would get into the car, and when she did get in the car she was still in tears., her black makeup running down her face making it look like someone had just beat her up. Her brother comforting her just made her more upset, the house had been built by her father and even though he was a dead-beat she had always felt a good comfort when she was around him. Leaving that house was her worst nightmare. He had even made a special hiding space in the wall for her to keep things that she didn't want other people finding which had actually come in handy a lot. She snapped out of her day dream and looked up at the boy again.

Steve smiled to her lightly "If your opinion didnt matter to me, then I wouldnt have spoke to you to begin with." He said then took another look around the club "Do you think this is lame? I kinda wanna ditch and do some drifts, what do you think?" He asked curiously. He would go reguardless, he loved to drift it calmed him. Usually he didnt bring people with though, but somthing about this girl seemed different, cool. Or maybe he was just trashed, who knew?

Thats life though, he stood up and smiled to the girl, awaiting her answer.

"Thanks" She smiled."Yea, totally lets ditch." She was beginning to like hanging with this kid, he felt the same way as her and he had a funny personality. She placed her notebook and pencil back into her backpack. Standing up and looking at him she placed the bag over her right shoulder. She smiled at him once again waiting to see what he would do.
