Marinna walked downstairs from her room, her arms were filled with pillows. She was planning on having her favorite cousin and her best friend over for some R&R. Which, they pretty much all needed at the time. She threw all of the pillows on top of two blow up mattresses and spread them out in different places. She had been dying to hang out like this for weeks. It was always so fun to get the three of them together.
Marinna, however, was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She was trying to get everything together for tonight. Her mom was going on a business trip for the next three days, so it would be perfect fun. Even though her mom was almost never home anyways. She walked into the kitchen and grabbed a bunch of food. She had so many snacks that they probably all wouldn't be eaten. She had everything from triscuits and cheese to mini salads to vegetarian pizza [to be fair to Chloe, of course.] She grabbed a few things and brought them into the living room.
After she set them back down, she went back upstairs to change into her jammies. When she came back down, she had on a pair of superman pj bottoms and a tank top with a superman symbol on the front. Her long blonde hair was now up in a messy bun and her make-up had already been cleaned off. She wasn't in this to impress anyone tonight, she just wanted to chill and have some fun. In her hands, were now a load of blankets. She threw them on the floor and took a seat on the couch. "Ahh, this should be fun."

Kenya parked in her friend Marinna's drive way. She turned her car off and got out. She was wearing my little pony pajamas, which she hasn't wore in years and didnt think they would fit. She also had pink fuzzy slippers on. She closed her car door and opened the backseat door. She reached in and grabbed her over night bag and her three year old daughter Kaley, who was already asleep. She couldn't find anyone to babysit when she only had an hours notice about the sleepover. But Kenya knew that Marinna wouldnt mind because she loved Kaley.
Kenya closed the backseat door and locked her car up. She then headed to the front door of Marinna's house and rang the doorbeel. Kaley squirmed in Kenya's arms then went back to sleep, with her head on her shoulder. Kenya waited for Marinna to answer.

Marinna heard a knock at the door, "Finally!" She headed over to the door and opened it to find Kenya and her little girl standing there in the cold. "Come in! Quickly, quickly," she said stepping aside, "It's freezing out there." "Oh my goodness! You brought Kaley?" Marinna was ecstatic she loved Kaley to death. "We can put her upstairs in my room if you want, or in my mom's room down here." She said as she waited to close the door back.

Kenya rushed in, "Well, I couldn't really find a babysitter in an hour. Your mother's room would be better in case she wakes up we'll be closer to her." Kenya headed into Marinna's mother's room and laid Kaley in the middle of the bed and covered her up. She then pulled a teddy bear out and placed it next to Kaley. She then went back out into the living room, "So, where's Chloe?"

Marinna looked up at Kenya's question, it was a good one. Where was Chloe? "She might be out with AM," she began, "They got together recently. Oh and I have some news! Guess who I ran into yesterday at Walmart! And guess what happened!" A huge smile went across Marinna's face, she couldn't wait to tell Kenya about her and Viktor.
"Oh my goodness, I got tons of snacks by the way and I have tons of movies for us to watch. This is going to be so fun. We haven't had a sleepover in ages!" Marinna looked around the room and plopped down on the couch, waiting for an ounce of response from Kenya.

Kenya was speechless at how fast Marinna was talking and changing the subject. She smiled and sat down next to her best friend, "Yeah, I remember the last time was when I told you I was pregnant with Kaley!" Kenya said, "So, who did you run into and what happened? And, did you get RENT?"

Marinna just smiled at the pregnancy comment, seeing as there was a rumor going around about her being pregnant with Jackson's child. Which had to be a damned lie, stupid people, "I remember." She looked at the floor and back up to Kenya, "I ran into Viktor! Oh my goodness, he is still as fine as ever! Anyways, we started talking and now we're going back out! He bought me this necklace for Christmas!" she said taking a breath, "Oh, that reminds me!" She ran into her room and emerged with a box that contained the new lacy pink ligerie for Kenya. "Here's your late Christmas present, you whore!" She sat back down, "Oh, and of course. I only OWN RENT."

"Right I knew that!" Kenya said, taking the present, "Thankies Bitch! And here," Kenya said, pulling out a present of which was a necklace which said WHORE in gold lettering. "Specially made for you!" Kenya smiled, laughing almost.

"Oh my goodness!" she exclaimed seeing the necklace, "I love it! But I can't wear it anymore." She pouted looking at the necklace, but then smiled as Viktor entered her thoughts. "I'm with Viktor, i'm not sure he'd approve of a girlfriend wearing a necklace with the word "whore" on it, but I could still wear it on occassion," she added as she put it on over the one Viktor bought her. "I bought Chloe an amazing necklace, now I just have to wait for her to get here. "Wanna watch RENT and pig out until she does?"

Marinna looked over at her Roger obsessed friend, "Yeah, honey, he's hot onscreen, but believe me without that hair, he's ugly." She looked over at her after she popped the DVD in. "I'm going to pop a pepperoni pizza in the over BEFORE Chloe gets here," she said walking into the kitchen. Chloe was a vegetarian and she didn't like eating meat aorund her, but when she wasn't there Rinna loved the meat.

"Okay!" Kenya replied, "I'm gonna check on Kaley. If she up she's gonna be hungry!" Kenya got off the couch and headed into Marinna's mother's room to find Kaley still sleeping. She kissed her forehead and left the room, closing the door behind her. She then sat back down on the couch.

Marinna popped the pizza in the oven and turned on the temperature. "MMMMM, this is going to be so good," Marinna said with a smile as she waited for the pizza's cheese to become all melty and golden brown. She took out two glasses and filled them with glass, then poured in some diet coke. "I hope you wanted diet coke," she said as she walked back into where Kenya was, "because I didn't feel like asking you, bitch!" She threw a bag of cheetos on the table and took a seat next to her, "And now for RENT." She grabbed the remote and pressed play just before the first song, Seasons Of Love, began to play.
She quickly picked up the catchy tune and began to sing, she knew just about every word from watching it so many times.

"Measure your life in looooove," Marinna sang as the song finally ended. While the song "Rent" came on as the movie began, Marinna began to think. Suddenly, a brilliant thought crossed her mind. "Oh my-- I'm a genius!" she exclaimed turning to Kenya, "How cool would it be to have our own production of RENT for Draksville? Like a special theatre night somewhere. It shouldn't be too hard to find a cast who knows all of the songs and such, right? Right?" As she finished, she waved a hand in front of Kenya, who was more than likely not paying attention to anything she said for gawking over Roger.
