Personality: Vanessa's personality consists of a caring, loving and giving nature. She would do anything in the world for anyone and sometimes it can lead to her getting walked all over. It was her personality that lead to her career in the medical business. Her job as one of Drakesville's own doctors keeps her in a position where she can help people all the time.
Being a woman of great compassion, she tries to take care of Drakesville's youth. Stepping in as a second mother for many of the children, she develops a genuine relationship with all who get to know her. You can always find her at the hospital, spending a night alone with her wonderful husband, Seth, or inviting some of the children over for an update and a plateful of warm cookies and tall glasses of milk.
History: Vanessa grew up in a life of luxury, due to her father's founding of Rhodes' Soda Syrup. The syrup became a big hit at restaurants with it's many different flavors, of course you added the syrup to create the soda. Vanessa was always a good girl. She went to church every Sunday, did her homework every night and said her prayers before bed. When she started highschool, she met the most wonderful person ever.
It was a boy. This boy's name was Seth McClintock and it was almost love at first site. Her father protested, saying that a farm boy was neever good enough for her. Despite her father's dislike, she continued to date Seth. Even after Seth had graduated high school, they continued to date and be merry. It was a regular fairytale relationship. Before she started medical school, Seth proposed and Vanessa accepted without even taking a moment to think about it. Now, here they live in Drakesville still, on the farm.
