Post by Colton Gunn on Jan 6, 2008 14:30:51 GMT -5
Full Name: Colton Lucas Gunn
Age: 16
Sexuality: Straight
Stereotype: Country boy/Redneck/Rebel
Personality: Colton is outgoing and arrogant, loving nothing more that strutting around school with a gorgeous girlfriend and his cowboy-like clothes. He loves a good fight and often goes out of his way to push buttons and annoy people. He really admires his brothers and is really protective his mother. He won't stand for anyone badmouthing his family and sees red if anyone speaks down about them.
Appearance: Colton, unlike his brother Patrick has dark brown hair which he keeps styled to perfection. Ever since he was old enough to grow a beard he's had stubble. Just the right amount.
He usually wears jeans and a shirt although when he's just chilling out with his friends he prefers wearing comfortable t shirts and hoodies.
Colton always wears a silver chain around his neck with his mother's wedding ring on. When she married Colton's stepfather, she stopped wearing his father's ring so to keep his memory alive, Colton took to wearing it and has never taken it off since.
History: Colton was born the youngest twin and third child of Keith and Rita Gunn. A year prior to his birth, his father had been layed off from his coal mining job. Lost in a downward spiral of poverty and depression, Keith had found solace in alcohol and drugs, all but ignoring his sons.
The Gunn household was not a happy one and throughout his childhood, Colton was raised mainly by his elder brother Patrick and learned not to bother his parents if he didn't want a beating. Despite the neglect his father had shown him, Colton admired him and loved him, never giving up hope that one day he'd become a good father. However, Colton's dreams were dashed when, one damp January night, Keith Gunn took his own life after hearing that he was unemployable.
Less than two months after the tragedy, impervius to her children's grief, Rita married a real dickhead who hated Colton and his brothers. Rita's love for her sons waned and waned until finally, after getting into a fight with their stepdad, Patrick loaded up his truck and took off to Drakesville. Family life immediatly got worse for Colton and his twin. Without Patrick, there was no one to stand up for them. Late one night, Colton and Travis decided to run away. Travis would head north towards their cousins' whilst Colton would go to Drakesville and seek out Patrick.
