Taking the silence in stride, Jaxon gave Fae a once over again, this time much closer than before. He liked what he saw, even if she was a bit on the skinny side. But that's nothing new for teenage girls. Smiling a bit more softly. "Believe me, I wanted to say a lot more than that. I had such a huge thing for her before she pushed me away. Serves the bitch right, ya know?" Letting out a ragged breath, the last bit of anger that suffused me earlier now faded. "Anyhow, now it's your turn for something gut-wrenching and soulful I believe. Right?" His eyes flash in the light with a curious grin.

Instead of responding to what he said she thought of something to do since it was her turn, she believed that aiming for something dramatic and love related seemed appropriate... but what to do was the hard part to think of. She placed a look of sadness into her eyes before she began talking. "How could you do that?! Why do all guys have to be asses?!" She screamed this part for the most effect. "All you are is a useless piece of crap anyway. What does she have that I don't? Huh? Not answering me is just as stupid as you are! Unless she's a complete whore then she probably will dump you once she knows what you did anyway!" She actually had some tears in her eyes, she didn't want to make it to dramatic but she wasn't trying to become teary it was just happening. At the end of her turn she looked away slowly attempting to drag his eyes with her head. She turned and faced him again after a minute or so of waiting.

Jax watched the performance, toning out some of the other people who stood around attempting more mundane articles of prose. He could see some of the pain behind that performance, how she drew on experience to make it palpable. As her tirade ended and she turned away, he felt an urge to go over and wrap her into a hug and grinned. He couldn't tear his eyes away from the open pain in her face. As she turned back to look at him, he gave a small, private clap and smiled. "That was fantastic. You really drew on that mix of anger and disappointment. I can't believe you actually teared up, too. It was beautiful." Free with praise, he stepped close again to keep things private from other on-lookers who must think them crazy to be screaming at each other during this exercise. With a deep breath he didn't know he'd held, he quirked another smile. "Must've been a rough memory to pull from."

As Dae turned and faced Jaxon again she could see him smiling and new that she had done a good job she sniffled a couple of times and wiped her face with the side of her hand. After hearing what he had to say about it she was happy that for once her past actually helped her pull something. She couldn't help but grin, she was happy that he felt so good about what she did. "Thanks..." When he moved closer to her she tried to regain some of the strength that she had put into her performance. "Yea....it was." She couldn't look at him so she aimed her eyes for the floor. It surprised her that he even knew how she had taken that from a memory, maybe she had made it a little too obvious. Or maybe he was just smart when it came to that type of thing. As she looked back up at him, she made a crooked smile with her face.

Bernard brought attention back to him just then, saying that it was a good first meeting and that he'd contact everyone when he got a space heater and the place was open again. He promised that it wouldn't be too long but that everyone did a good job. All this he said without sounding like he rambled on too much and like he really believed what he said. Who knows, it just might happen again.
Jax smiled as she finally looked back at him. "Well, a performance like that can certainly take a lot out of someone. Me, I'm practically famished. Care to get a bite to eat somewhere before we call it a night?" He watched as the crowd departed and Allison stepped aside next to the exit with her eyes occasionally darting to him, giving him one of those wide, fake-smiles she was so practiced with now.

"Yea, sure" She smiled as she answered his nice invitation to getting something to eat. She wasn't too surprised that he had asked she had noticed him checking her out. She checked her pocket to make sure that she still had her cellphone and pulled it out once she had found it just to see if she had any new stuff. There was one text message from her brother. She would have to reply to it. "Hey I just need to reply to this text message from my brother okay?" She stepped aside for the moment that she replied, it said 'I'm at a class and we just got out but I am going somewhere so I won't see you until tonight'. Once she had messaged him she walked back over to Jaxon and smiled.

Jaxon held out his arm like a gentleman, over-doing it just enough to be theatrical. "Milady. Have you need of a charriot or shall we meet there verily?" His eyebrows dipped up twice at the end, steering her toward the parking lot as the crowd funnelled. With her arm safely ensconsed in his, he put his hand over hers posessively to show that they were 'together'.
However, for a girl like Allison, such things aparently didn't matter as she moved in front of them and she took his other arm, pressing it against her chest as she cooed. "That was delightful, Jaxie. Why don't you and I go somewhere private and celebrate this new venture, okay?" The little bit of perkiness in her voice almost enough to make a sugar-cube groan all the while she stared at Fae as if willing the girl to burst into flames. Jax was almost stunned into speachlessness by her bold attempt.

Dae took her arm and enclosed it with his. "Charriot would be really helpful" Apparently Allison did not take hints very well though because she still attempted to get Jaxon to take notice of her when they were walking towards the door. Dae didn't want to sound rude or jealous but she really just could not stand this girl and she had to say something. "Excuse me but if you hadn't noticed we are kind of going somewhere" She stared at Allison full of annoyance and waited to see what smart remark she would come up with this time.

Jaxon couldn't help but grin at Fae's sass. Turning to look at Allison, he shook his head and gave a shrug. "I'm sorry, Allie-dearie. But, as you can see, I've got other plans." He raised their hands so that she couldn't miss that as he completed. "But you and Robert go out and have a good time, okay?" Tugging his arm back from her, polite if a bit stiffly, he turned completely to Fae and leaned in, giving her a brief, chaste kiss. "Shall we, gorgeous?" Without waiting for an answer, he lead them both off while Allison still stood there stuttering in mute rage.

Dae laughed at the look on Allison's face as she and Jaxon walked off. She was a bit surprised when he turned and kissed her but she didn't make a big deal about it. She didn't want to come off as inexperienced. "Yes, we shall." She grinned as she said this, she was starting to really enjoy herself. She let Jaxon lead her as they walked out.
