Jaxon was in his element tonight. The blue blazer suit in the 1950's era swing style, he was belting out big band tunes as the guys in the back accompanied him. Another great swing dance night as the girls and guys, both young and old, took the floor and let loose. It was a great night when the dance floor was filled. Tips really would flow in from appreciative dancers for good music and even Jaxon had to admit, he was good! He gave a couple of the ladies his trademark grin and a wink as he sang out the love tunes, giving them the illusion of interest without any real promise. Young and old, they enjoyed that kind of flirtation. Sometimes they'd even approach him or talk to him between sets. But he did love this job, even if he got so little from the split at the end. Especially since he was the youngest by over a decade. One of these days they'll understand that I'm more a cornerstone than they are, even if they were in the band so much longer. But I don't even get an equal share because 'I'm just a kid', he mentally snorted without a glimmer showing on his face.
