Popular with a younger (and louder) crowd of young professional and college kids, Zinnie's is one of downtown's more popular joints to stop in and grab a bite to eat and drink a few brews. The bar hasn't changed much over the years, and it's always been a great place to play pool, toss darts or catch a game on the tube. If you get hungry, the Cheese Coney and the catfish sandwich are two menu items highly recommended by locals. You might be surprised to find that Zinnie's East is located only a few paces down the street, and it offers a patio area that gets pretty crowded in the spring and summer.
